Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of personal insurance accounts, deliver outstanding client service, and support business growth and retention. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in personal insurance, strong communication skills, and a proactive client management approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of personal insurance clients.
  • Review policies, recommend coverage adjustments, and ensure accuracy in renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Experience working with High Net Worth accounts and carriers.
  • Address client inquiries, claims, and billing concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
  • Educate clients on insurance options and risk management strategies.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage with insurance carriers.
  • Conduct annual policy reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide effective advice.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in personal lines insurance.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and underwriting processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management software.
  • Property and Casualty license required.
