Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Description
If you have your P & C license and live in the Pompano Beach, FL . area, and you want to continue to build on your Personal Lines skills, this Personal Lines Account Manager role is for you. This firm has been around for over 50 years and counting!
This is a permanent, salaried, position. In office role, full time.
Key job aspects include:
- Manage a book of business – could vary in size.
- Strong communication skills with clients via email, phone, etc.
- Must have expierence with High Net worth Clients.
- Review and summarize policy changes with Clients
- Participate in claims process including submission, verification, follow up, etc.
- Knowledge or renewals, negotiating, proposals, cancellations, etc.
- Expierence with carriers such as Chubb, Pure, Ace, Hanover prestige.
- Prepare and lead renewal meetings based on client needs.
- Be familiar with and follow E & O guidelines.
- Perform all clerical duties related to clients.
- Provide support to the Sales team/other team members. Cross sell as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures.
- Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up to date skills

Must have a FL 02-20 License or willing to obtain once hired. Expierence working in the insurance industry is required for this role. Preferably 3+ years in related personal lines insurance.
