Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

Location: Wyoma, MA (In office)

Department: Personal Lines Insurance

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts and providing exceptional client service. You will work closely with clients to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including auto, home, and renters insurance policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing advice on coverage options.
  • Review and assess clients’ current insurance policies, suggesting coverage adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare, present, and explain insurance quotes, policy changes, and renewals to clients.
  • Ensure accurate policy issuance, endorsements, and timely claims processing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional personal insurance products based on client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Property & Casualty License
  • Strong knowledge of personal insurance policies, coverage, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience
