Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a High Net Worth Personal Lines Lead. In this role, you will oversee and manage our high-net-worth personal lines insurance division. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to protect their valuable assets. Additionally, you will lead a team of personal line agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters. Conduct regular reviews to assess their evolving needs and provide proactive recommendations.
- Risk Assessment and Analysis: Evaluate clients' assets and exposures to identify potential risks and coverage gaps. Develop comprehensive insurance strategies to mitigate risks and protect clients' wealth.
- Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients and underwriters to design personalized insurance portfolios that align with their unique risk profiles and preferences. Negotiate terms and coverage enhancements to ensure optimal protection.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of personal line agents, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment focused on delivering exceptional service and results.
- Market Research and Trends Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging risks relevant to high-net-worth individuals. Leverage this knowledge to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high net worth clients.
- Proven track record of success in sales, client management, and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios and develop tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with affluent clientele.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- FL (02-20) or (04-40) Insurance license
