Job Title: Personal Lines Department Manager

Location: Hillsboro Beach, FL – In Office

Position Overview: The Personal Lines Department Manager leads the personal lines insurance team, overseeing operations, managing staff, and driving growth for products like auto and home insurance. This role ensures high customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and develop the insurance team, handle recruitment, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for growth, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction, address issues, and implement best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and conduct risk assessments.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and communicate updates to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and stay informed on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office.
  • 2-20 license required.
  • Must have High Net Worth experience.
