Our client is a global manufacturer of coatings used in many different industries. They currently seek a Process Engineer for their Pilot Plant in the greater Winston-Salem, NC area.

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee and manage site’s scale-up processes
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement change to optimize processes and product quality
  • Provide daily troubleshooting support, as well as other expertise
  • Ensure EHS regulations are followed
  • Contribute to cost reduction and/or efficiency improvement projects

Salary Range: $80,000/year - $90,000/year

Job Requirements

As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Engineering or Chemistry
  • 1-3 years of in-plant manufacturing experience in chemical manufacturing
  • Previous experience as a process engineer in a pilot plant is a plus
