PLANT CONTROLLER

NEAR LOCKPORT, IL

IN OFFICE

Our client is in search for someone that has COST ACCOUNTING experience and MANUFACTURING experience. Must be able to go into the office 5 days a week. Travel is 10% - required.

Description:

  • Lead
    • Planning
    • Forecasting
    • Month end close
    • Year end close
    • Cost Accounting
  • Follow policies according to:
    • GAAP
    • SOX
    • Corporate policies
  • Manage all accounting procedures
    • General ledger
    • Accruals
    • Expense charge off
    • Journal entry preparation
    • Payroll
    • Inventory

Job Requirements

Resume must show:

  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
  • 8+ years in finance/accounting
  • 2+ years in manufacturing
  • Supervisory experience
  • MBA/CPA/CMA preferred
  • Experience with SAP or PowerBI a plus
  • Cost accounting - IS A MUST
