NEAR LOCKPORT, IL

Our client is in search for someone that has COST ACCOUNTING experience and MANUFACTURING experience. Must be able to go into the office 5 days a week. Travel is 10% - required.
Description:
- Lead
- Planning
- Forecasting
- Month end close
- Year end close
- Cost Accounting
- Follow policies according to:
- GAAP
- SOX
- Corporate policies
- Manage all accounting procedures
- General ledger
- Accruals
- Expense charge off
- Journal entry preparation
- Payroll
- Inventory
Job Requirements
Resume must show:
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
- 8+ years in finance/accounting
- 2+ years in manufacturing
- Supervisory experience
- MBA/CPA/CMA preferred
- Experience with SAP or PowerBI a plus
- Cost accounting - IS A MUST
