Our client is a leader in resins and coatings manufacturing. They are in search of a plant engineers to assist leading their manufacturing facility in the greater Los Angeles area.
As a Plant Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and manage Engineering and Maintenance teams
- Develop and execute site capital projects
- Lead MOCs and HAZOPs
- Evaluate and employ performance optimization opportunities
Salary Range: $130,000/year - $140,000/year

Job Requirements
As a Plant Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience
- Experience managing capital projects
- Previous experience mentoring more junior engineers and operators
