  • Leading the execution of Capital Projects
  • Working with cross teams to lead process upgrades
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Developing scopes of work and preparing project budgets and cost estimates

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Plant Engineer include:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering discipline
  • At least 3 years of engineering or project management experience withing a manufacturing setting
  • Experience within a food manufacturing environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
