- Leading the execution of Capital Projects
- Working with cross teams to lead process upgrades
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Developing scopes of work and preparing project budgets and cost estimates
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Plant Engineer include:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering discipline
- At least 3 years of engineering or project management experience withing a manufacturing setting
- Experience within a food manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
