Job Requirements
- Preferably holds a four-year degree; professional certification is a valuable asset
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5+ years in a Plant Human Resources Manager role or exhibits a Senior Generalist background within a manufacturing setting
- Exhibits a track record showcasing critical thinking, adept problem-solving capabilities, and decisive decision-making skills
- A strategic HR leader with a capacity to influence others effectively
- Capable of managing multiple tasks proficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Driven by goals and oriented towards achieving results
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a prerequisite
- Must be bi-lingual Spanish
