Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Plant Manager has become available near Nortonville, KY. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with an emphasis on safety. 

Responsibilities for the Plant Manager include: 

  • Leading and developing the workforce and leadership staff 
  • Developing and executing the site budget 
  • Utilizing LEAN manufacturing techniques to develop and improve site processes 
  • Fostering continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Ensuring all HSE standards and regulations are met 

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Plant Manager include: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required 
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience within PSM regulated environment 
  • Strong understanding of mechanical integrity and root cause analysis 
  • Excellent communication, team building, and mentoring skills
