Our client is a manufacturer of specialty engineering materials used in multiple different industries. They currently seek a Plant Manager for their plant just outside of Portland, OR. The ideal candidate should enjoy being out in the plant and getting involved in the technical aspects of the process like assisting with troubleshooting when needed. This person should be a strong leader that enjoys developing their team and mentoring young engineers. As a Plant Manager job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company environmental, safety and health standards/policies
• Achieve production objectives within agreed time, cost, & quality parameters
• Develop, create, and complete annual plans and capital projects as needed
• Coach and develop employees; maintain team environment

 Salary Range: $175,000/year - $180,000/year plus 20% bonus
