Job Requirements

Requirements for the Plant Reliability Engineer include:

·         Bachelor's degree in Engineering

·         Relevant experience within a manufacturing or plant environment

·         Strong understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations

·         Proven experience with reliability focused maintenance, failure analysis, and root cause investigations

·         Safety First mentality

·         Excellent communication and team building skills
