Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of specialty intermediates used in a variety of industries. With manufacturing facilities across the globe, their products can be found in nearly 100 countries. They currently seek a hands-on Senior Process Engineer to support one of their facilities near Memphis, TN.
As the Principal Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage front-end design of new pilot plant
- Provide technical engineering support ensuring completion of new pilot plant
- Work with research and development to bring new products into full-scale manufacturing
- Identify areas of improvement and optimization and implement changes
- Lead risk assessments and ensure compliance
Salary Range: $145,000 to $150,000 plus bonus

Job Requirements
As the Principal Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of chemical manufacturing experience
- Must have experience taking products from small scale to full scale
- Previous experience with front end design and stage-gate project management
