Our client company is global leader within the chemicals and performance materials industries. They have more than twenty manufacturing plants within the continental United States and are currently seeking a Process Engineer to be based at a manufacturing plant in the Baton Rouge area. This person will be responsible for daily production operations and process improvements.
Salary Range: $95,000/year - $100,000/year

Job Requirements
This position requires a degree in chemical engineering. NO OTHER DEGREES WILL BE CONSIDERED. It also requires a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing plant. Previous experience with hands-on work including but not limited to firefighting/troubleshooting, process improvements, process optimization, root cause analysis, and process safety management is also required.
