Our client is a global manufacturer of a product that removes organic compounds from liquids and gases. They are currently seeking a Process Engineer for their facility on the Gulf Coast, roughly 60 miles from New Orleans. The ideal candidate will be a mechanically inclined engineer with furnance experience.  

As a Process Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide process engineering technical expertise 
  • Identify and implement improvement projects
  • Assist in the development of new/improved products, processes, and techniques 
  • Maintain all quality standards  
  • Ensure safety and environmental regulations are met

Salary Range: $125,000/year - $135,000/year plus 6% yearly bonus

Job Requirements

As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • BS in Chemical Engineering 
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical, cement, steel industries) 
  • Experience as a process/production engineer is a must
  • Previous experience with day-to-day troubleshooting, operations support, and improving efficiencies
