Our client company is global leader within the chemicals and performance materials industries. They have more than twenty manufacturing plants within the continental United States and are currently seeking a Process Engineer to be based at a manufacturing plant in the Beaumont, TX area. This person will be responsible for daily production operations and process improvements. It is a growth position that can lead to larger opportunities at any of their many facilities across the country.

Salary Range: $115,000/yr - $130,000/yr

This position requires a degree in chemical engineering. NO OTHER DEGREES WILL BE CONSIDERED. It also requires a minimum of 2 years  of post-graduate experience in a chemical manufacturing plant with reaction batch and/or continuous processes. Hands-on work is also required which includes, but is not limited to firefighting/troubleshooting, process improvements, process optimization, root cause analysis, small capital project management, and process safety management.
