Our client is a global leader in food manufacturing. They currently seek a Process Engineer to join their wet corn-milling facility in northeast Iowa. This position is a great opportunity for eager fresh graduates to get hands on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Process Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Food Science/Engineering/Food Manufacturing/Manufacturing/Corn Milling/Manufacturing Engineer/Production Engineer

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Offer technical knowledge to contribute to process development
  • Conduct process trials to identify areas of optimization
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and provide solutions
  • Recognize opportunities for improvement projects and manage them from conception to implementation

Salary Range: $75,000/year - $80,000/year

Job Requirements

As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with relevant process operations
  • Previous experience corn wet milling process is a plus
