Our client is a leader in specialty chemical manufacturing. Their products are used in many different industries, including consumer goods, coatings, food additives, and others. They current seek a Process Engineer to help provide technical engineering support for their facility outside of Indianapolis, IN.
As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and process improvements
- Responsible for continuous improvement projects to improve quality, safety, and costs
- Maintain all relevant process documentation
- Participate in PHA/MOC processes
- Work cross-functionally to meet goals and objectives
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus

Job Requirements
As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering preferred, may consider Mechanical Engineering degrees
- 1+ years of experience as a hands-on process engineer in a manufacturing setting
- Experience in PSM regulated facility is ideal
- Experience identifying areas of improvement
- Experience managing capital projects in $100k range
