The market for chemical engineers is active in Indiana and we are looking for talented chemical engineers ready to make a change in their career.

Our current openings are hands-on, in-plant, process production engineering positions in a manufacturing environment. We work with companies in many different industries including chemicals, petrochemicals, refining, polymers, corn milling, paper, nutrition, and many others! General responsibilities for a process production engineer include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide day-to-day operation support and troubleshooting
  • Identify areas of improvement and process optimization
  • Participate in MOCs and perform PHAs
  • Conduct or contribute to engineering projects
  • Adhere to all site EHS standards and practices

Job Requirements

General requirements for a process production engineer include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS Chemical Engineering
  • 3-7 years of experience working as a Process/Production Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience identifying areas of improvement
  • Previous experience in a PSM regulated facility is ideal but not required
  • Experience leading, contributing to, and/or managing capital projects
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
