Our client is a producer of corn milling products used in many different industries. They currently seek a Process Engineer for their facility just outside of Madison, WI.
As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Be technical lead for new product support, plant operations, problem-solving
- Responsible for engineering processes including troubleshooting, changes, design, etc.
- Lead engineering projects
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Ensure compliance of all safety procedures and regulations
- Utilize Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 plus year end bonus

Job Requirements
As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience minimum as a process/production engineer in a chemical or refining plant
- Must have experience in day-to-day plant operations and project management
- Previous experience with PSM and/or lean manufacturing methodologies
