Our client is a global manufacturer of a wide range of chemistry-based products used in multiple different markets. The ideal candidate will be a positive, hands-on experience Process Engineer that is eager to get their hands dirty working with manufacturing equipment and operators. This position can lead to promotion opportunities at other company facilities across the country! 

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Be a part of a team of Process Engineers
• Utilize Root-Cause analysis and statistical analysis
• Interact cross-functionally to continuously optimize production
• Be site expert in Chemical Engineering and Unit Operations
• Plan and manage various process improvement projects

Salary Range: $105,000/year - $110,000/year plus 10% yearly bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering 
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility; chemicals preferred but will consider many different backgrounds including pulp and paper, resins, coatings, etc. 
• Must have experience in process and/or production engineering
• Previous experience in a PSM-regulated facility is ideal 
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and Lean tools ideal
