As a Process Improvement Engineer, job responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead, execute and support process improvement activities and projects to optimize production capability
  • Actively engage in safety programs
  • Identify and implement new opportunities for improving quality, throughput, and costs
  • Improve product quality, reduce byproducts, and develop options for producing new products
  • Execute capital and quality projects from concept to implementation
  • Ensure compliance of process changes
