Our client is well-established supplier of chemical intermediates. They currently seek a hands-on Process-Production Engineer to support their plant near Bourbonnais, IL. This engineer will support multiple units within the facility. They'll provide daily manufacturing support and be very involved in continuous improvement projects throughout the site. This is a very visible role within the manufacturing site with a very clear path into either technical or operations management. 

Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 + bonus

Job Requirements

Requirements:

This position requires a degree in chemical engineering. NO OTHER DEGREES WILL BE CONSIDERED. It also requires at least 3 years of post-graduate experience working in a PSM-regulated chemical plant. Must have prior experience with firefighting/ troubleshooting as well as identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects. GMP experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
