Our client is a specialty chemical manufacturer that produces products for multiple different industries. They are in search of an experienced PSM Engineer with an understanding of PSM regulations. This engineer will act as a corporate PSM Engineer in addition to providing PSM support to multiple manufacturing facilities. 

As a PSM Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Implement and monitor compliance of PSM policies, programs, and practices
• Participate in any PSM compliance audits as needed
• Provide technical knowledge utilizing PSM experience
• Investigate process safety incidents, perform root cause analyses, and provide corrective actions
• Conduct PHAs and risk assessments and recommend corrective actions

Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000

As a PSM Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Engineering, or another related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a PSM regulated chemical manufacturing facility
• Strong understanding of process safety management
• Experience with PSM best practices, leading initiatives, and regulations
• Previous experience with process hazard analysis, HAZOP, and LOPA
• Ability to travel 30-50%
