Process Safety Engineer
Job Description
Our client is global producer of specialty products for human use in the medical industry. They are in search of Process Safety Engineer for their facility located northwest of Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire for process safety and continuous improvement of current processes.
As a Process Safety Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage PHAs and MOCs
- Ensure all processes and equipment follow all SHE regulations
- Lead site incident investigations and create corrective action plans
- Maintain operating procedures and documentation
- Provide technical expertise as needed throughout site to ensure continuous improvements to manufacturing processes
- Train personnel on correct equipment operation
Salary Range: $100,000 - $127,000 + bonus

Job Requirements
As a Process Safety Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Polymers
- 3+ years manufacturing experience; chemicals or medical devices is ideal
- Previous experience with HAZOPs and/or PHAs
