Our client is a global chemical company whose products are used in many different industries. They are looking for a PSM Engineer to add to their team in the Lake Jackson, TX area

Process Safety Engineer/PSM Engineer/Production Engineer/Process

Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Chemical Manufacturing/Engineer/PSM/Process Safety Management/Chemicals/Engineer/

As the Process Safety Management Engineer, job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage PSM standards and programs and ensure compliance
  • Ensure all processes and equipment follow all EHS regulations
  • Lead risk assessments 
  • Lead site incident investigations and create corrective action plans
  • Maintain operating procedures and documentation

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000

Job Requirements

As a Process Safety Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in a PSM-regulated manufacturing facility
  • Previous experience as a Process or Production Engineer in a PSM facility
  • Experience leading PHAs
