Our client is a chemical manufacturer in search of an experienced Production Engineer with a strong background in day to day troubleshooting and identifying process improvements.

As an Production Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Day to day troubleshooting of production issues
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and process improvements
• Work cross-functionally to ensure production plans are met
• Adhere to all site safety regulations

As a Production Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering
• 2+ years of experience working as a Process/Production Engineer in a PSM regulated chemical plant, refinery, or chemical-related facility
• Strong background in process improvements
• Some experience managing capital projects
• Previous experience in a PSM-regulated facility is ideal
