Our client is a manufacturer of chemical agricultural products that help protect crops. They are currently looking for a Production Manager to oversee the packaging portion of their manufacturing line in the Southern suburbs of Chicago.
As the Production Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead operations team
- Assist Operations Manager to ensure site EHS goals are met
- Be a part of employee development and performance management
- Identify areas of improvement and process and product optimization
- Ensure business, reliability, and budget goals are successfully accomplished
Salary Range: $125,000/year - $160,000/year

Job Requirements
As the Production Manager requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering
- 7+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; chemicals preferred
- Must have packaging experience in chemical manufacturing
- Previous hands-on engineering experience
