Our client is a global manufacturer of a wide range of chemistry-based products used in multiple different markets. They are currently looking to add a Production Manager to their manufacturing facility near Greensboro, NC.

 

As a Production Manager job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Plan, organize & direct the production operations of the facility
  • Manage production team members and operators
  • Identify/resolve safety concerns or issues, including accident/incident reporting, investigation & resolution
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing Methodologies for production continuous improvement
  • Participate in PHAs for new and existing processes
  • Ensure all local, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and objectives are met

 

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 + yearly bonus

Job Requirements

As a Production Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • BS in Chemical Engineering preferred but will also consider Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 3 years of previous supervisory experience
  • Out of batch chemical is preferred
  • Previous experience in a PSM-regulated facility
