Production Superintendent/Chemical Engineering/Operations Supervisor/Chemical Manufacturing/Area Manager/Process Engineer/Production Engineer/PSM/Engineering/Chemicals/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering
Our client is a chemical company located just outside of St Louis, MO. They currently seek a Production Superintendent with good communication skills to manage this area’s team and interface with different departments to coordinate efficient operations.
As a Production Superintendent job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage and train personnel in assigned area
- Help to promote and foster a safety conscious efficient work environment
- Meet productivity goals
- Oversee a team of operators in the production area
- Identify and implement improvements in the assigned area
Salary Range: $125,000/year - $130,000/year

Job Requirements
As a Production Superintendent job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering highly preferred – will consider other engineering degrees with background in chemical manufacturing
- 7+ years of experience as a Process/Production Engineer in a chemical facility
- 1+ years of Operations Supervision/Management experience
- Experience in a union facility is highly preferred
- Experience out of a PSM regulated facility is a plus
