This facility is approximitely 30 minutes from Milwaukee. The Project & Reliability Engineer will be responsible for cost, design and developing capital plans (up to $200K), as well as optimizing the utilization of plant assets. Manage and lead condition monitoring, mechanical integrity, and maintenance systems. Lead in the development of efficiency and cost improvement actions for plant equipment. 

  • Develop, implement, administer, refine and maintain site wide predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Perform reliability engineering analyses and implement solutions to improve equipment reliability.
    Develop technical training programs for hourly maintenance personnel and supervision.
  • Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect plant operations — capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance issues.

Job Requirements

  • Must be promotable and have the desire to move up in to a Maintenance and Reliability Manager position. 
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
  • Experience working in the Chemical Industry or other heavy industries. 
  • Reliability engineering and project engineering experience.
