PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

SALARY: $80k-$95k

NEAR Hinsdale, IL

100% IN OFFICE

SOME TRAVEL REQUIRED

MUST HAVE BACHELORS DEGREE

  • Provide coordination for design and construction 
    • Mixed-use construction
  • Coordinate
    • Building/site improvements
    • Landlord improvements
  • Budget
    • Internal and external budget
    • Track, monitor and maintain the budget
  • Coordinate and prepare
    • Proposals
    • Contracts
    • Schedules
  • Regular on site visits to sites to monitor project

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelors degree - IS A MUST!!!
    • Management
    • Architecture
    • Engineering
  • 3+ years experience - in project managing
  • Experience with scheduling developments and projects
  • Experience managing:
    • Mixed-use developments
    • Retail developments
    • Multi-family developments
