Project Manager/Chemical Engineer/Engineer/Chemical Manufacturing/Chemicals/PSM/Operations Manager/Chemical Engineering/Project Management/Process Safety Management/

As a Project Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage capital projects from concept through completion including front end design
  • Work with operations to commission new production units and troubleshoot processes as needed
  • Support sister site and travel as needed
  • Manage capital project budget for the site and oversee capital expenditure
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and expectations with an understanding of PSM
  • Train personnel as needed 

 

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 + 10% bonus

Job Requirements

As a Project Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience as a Process/Project Engineer/Project Manager in a chemical manufacturing plant
  • Ideally will have experience in a PSM regulated facility
  • Must have experience managing capital projects from start to finish
  • Any six sigma, lean, continuous improvement experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel to sister site as needed
