I am working with a food manufacturing company recruiting for a Purchasing Manager to join their dynamic team. Below is an overview:
Position: Purchasing Manager
Location: Chicago, IL
Work Schedule: On-site, 1-day work from home per week
Reporting Structure: Reports to VP of Purchasing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing for wheat and flour.
- Assume responsibility for overseeing facility operations.
- Manage budgets for the Purchasing Department.
- Establish and execute instructions, policies, and procedures for purchasing and contract management.

Job Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Purchasing Experience Required: Wheat and Flour, 5 years in purchasing.
- Soft Skills: Analytical, well-spoken, positive attitude.
- Educational Requirement: A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
