Qualified Retirement Plans Client Service Consultant
Job Description
We are searching for a talented Qualified Retirement Plans Client Service Consultant to provide expert guidance and ensure exceptional service for qualified retirement plans.
You'll review and coordinate administration services, interpret plan documents, and offer strategic recommendations. You’ll develop relationships with plan sponsors, advisors, and vendor partners like TPAs and recordkeepers.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, strong communicators, and Excel-proficient.

This full-time position will start as 100% in-office and will transition to hybrid after training. The position can be located in one of the following locations: Rockford, IL; Lincolnshire, IL; St. Charles, IL; or Madison, WI.
Job Requirements
The position requires:
5-7 years of experience working with 401(k) plan compliance, plan design, and client consulting
A bachelor's degree
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Preferred candidates: Hold ASPPA designation (QKA or equivalent) and have advanced Excel skills.
The salary range is $55,000 - $75,000 plus eligibility for an annual bonus
