Job Requirements
What You Bring
- A solid educational background in Food Science, Grain Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- 5-10+ years of experience in masa flour product development, manufacturing, operational, or commercialization.
- In-depth expertise in nixtamalization, corn varieties, and mass performance characteristics.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and scale-up processes.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish would be considered a plus.
- Strong communication abilities paired with a customer-focused approach.
