Our client is a manufacturer of food and ingredients with several facilities located in the Midwest. They currently seek a R&D Process Manager for their facility near Oshkosh, WI.

R&D Manager/R&D Process Manager/R&D Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Chemistry/PhD/Pilot Plant/Engineering/Food Manufacturing/Manufacturing/Scale Up/Research and Development Engineer/Pharmaceuticals/Biological Engineer/Food Science

As a R&D Process Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist with research and development strategic planning
• Manage and mentor R&D process group
• Offer technical knowledge to contribute to process development  
• Ensure quality optimization and production efficiency for new products

As a R&D Process Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Food/Agricultural, or Biological Engineering; MS or PhD preferred
• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience out of food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or similar (4+ years for MS, 2+ years for PhD)
• Previous R&D new launch experience
• Background knowledge in food process development is preferred
