R&D Sr. Scientist / Associate Principal Scientist / Principal Scientist
The Scientist contributes to the development and commercialization of new products and processes. Activities range from concept / prototype development through test market commercialization and launch. Leads technical application and bench development for targeted juice development initiatives and existing brands.
Influences work direction to achieve product development project goals, working cross-functionally with marketing, consumer insights, supply chain, finance, sensory and analytical services. Manages or contributes to product development projects to achieve clearly defined objectives and deliverables.

Job Requirements
Technical Qualifications:
- BS, MS or PhD in Food Science or related
- Strong innovations experience is highly desired from beverages
- Full scale concept to commercialization is a MUST have
- In lieu of beverage experience will consider other full scale commercialization experience with strong interactions with marketing, operations, sensory, etc.
- Project management experience is also very important along with a strong technical understanding of ingredient / ingredient functionality and development techniques, sensory and consume testing methods
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
