Job Description


Investment Advisory firm has an immediate opening for a dynamic manager to join their leadership team!  

  • Hire, train and manage a defined contributions team
  • Manage recordkeeping, administration and client service functions
  • Assist sales team
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Stay up to date on software developments



Job Requirements


  • 8+ years retirement plan administration working with 401(k) & Cash Balance plans
  • MUST have leadership experience
  • In-depth ERISA knowledge
  • MUST be highly proficient with Relius software
  • ASPPA credentials desired
  • Strong attention to detail
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Ability to travel as necessary
