As an ad+one Recruiter you will be responsible for all aspects of running a full-lifecycle recruiting desk, including:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for open jobs
  • Making presentations of active candidates to clients and the internal team orally and in written form.
  • Proactively marketing your top talent to current and potential new clients
  • Serve as an Account Manager for your book of clients
  • Work proactively to build your business to unlimited potential



Qualifications to be considered for this role:

1+ yr post education work experience in a sales/incentive driven role

A proven track record of setting and achieving goals- Personal responsibility!

Excellent presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

A passion for taking on challenges and problem-solving

A people person not afraid of making new connections via all channels - phone, email, social platforms, events.

Social Media Platform experience and technologically savvy a MUST

 A genuine interest in a sales oriented career with great earning potential and upward mobility, not just a punch in/punch out job..
