Seeking professionals with 1-5 yrs professional experience that are looking to join a company that offers training, unlimited earnings and a competitive team environment.

ad+one (a division of CPS, Inc.) is a specialized recruiting team that specializes in permanent agency placements of Marketing and Advertising professionals.
We are a full-cycle recruiting operation and allow our recruiters to take control of their business while having a structure of support.

A Full Cycle Recruiter can expect to be trained in the following responsibilities:

  • Sourcing
  • Recruiting
  • Sales/New Business
  • Account/Client Management

Compensation Model:

  • Base Salary plus Commission
  • OTE (On target earnings) of 65k - 100k in the first year/ 12 months
