  • Maintain accounts
    • Books
    • Records
    • Company's transactions
    • Assets
  • Monitor performance - Keep COO & CFO informed
  • Evaluate performance of accounting & finance
  • Monthly & annual operating financial statements
  • Monitor
    • Collections
    • Collection procedures
    • Payments

Job Requirements

Resume must show:

  • Construction experience is a must
  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
  • Project accounting experience (5+ years)
  • Closing books for multiple entities - articulate financial statement for each entity
  • WIP % calcs
  • Large ERP experience
