Registered Client Service Associate

Location: Chicago, IL (In-Office)

Compensation: Up to $85,000

Our client is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to join their growing wealth management team in Chicago. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys providing exceptional client service while supporting financial advisors with day-to-day operations and account management.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and timely follow-up.
• Assist advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts, processing transfers, money movements, and other account-related requests.
• Coordinate client paperwork, documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Process account maintenance, distributions, and other operational requests accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare meeting materials and assist with client reviews and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Collaborate with advisors and operations staff to provide a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a client service or operations role within a wealth management, broker-dealer, or financial advisory firm.
• Active FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license required; Series 65 (or ability to act under an existing advisory structure) is also acceptable.
• Strong understanding of investment accounts, account servicing, and financial industry regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and custodial platforms is a plus.
