the Reliability & Maintenance Engineer will develop asset reliability and management strategy plans and actions.

Ensure maintenance and asset reliability work management processes are effectively implemented.

This role involves analyzing reliability performance data based on plant performance data, maintenance trends, implementing maintenance strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance and minimize downtime.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with experience in industrial plant operations, chemical, plastics, or petrochemical. 

Experience leading maintenance and reliability programs. 

Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM).

Must have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and leadership.
