Responsibilities for the Reliability Engineer include: 

  • Providing root cause analysis for maintenance failure and recommending improvements 
  • Working to improve the preventive and predictive maintenance program 
  • Managing the computerized maintenance management system 
  • Supporting continuous improvement through maintenance related projects 

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Reliability Engineer include: 

  • Bachelor’ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred 
  • At least 4 years of related experience within the manufacturing industry 
  • Proven troubleshooting skills 
  • Thorough understanding preventive/predictive maintenance principles 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and team working skills
