Job Description

Responsibilities for the Reliability Engineer include:

  • Creating asset care plans for critical assets
  • Developing Maintenance Strategies by equipment types
  • Identifying and scoping maintenance/reliability improvement projects
  • Identifying and analyzing bad actors and develop improvement plans through data driven methodologies

 

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Reliability Engineer include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred
  • At least 5 years of reliability engineering experience within a manufacturing, chemical or heavy industrial environment
  • Proven use of RCCA and FMEA analysis
  • Experience using CMMS maintenance system, SAP is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
