Title: Retirement Advisory Sales
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a Retirement Advisory Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting retirement advisory services to companies and individuals, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them meet their retirement goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Meet with prospective clients to educate them on the benefits of investing in a retirement plan and the importance of retirement planning
- Provide guidance and support to clients in selecting the best retirement plan options based on their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial goals
- Work closely with our team of advisors, plan administrators, and investment managers to develop customized retirement plans for clients
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure they are meeting their retirement goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide the most accurate and relevant advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in retirement advisory sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of retirement planning and investment management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant industry certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred
