  • Position is responsible for supporting institutional retirement plan Financial Advisors and Plan Sponsors.
  • This role is an internal business partner to Financial Advisors and a liaison and relationship builder to Plan Sponsors.
  • Answer questions, give advice & solve problems regarding institutional 401(k) plans, investments, etc.
  • Plans include 401(k), Non-Qualified, Defined Benefit, etc.
  • Average clients range between $1M - $50M in assets.
  • MUST have a PASSION for client service!

Client Service





  • 3+ years experience in Retirement Services / Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans and ERISA guidelines.
  • GREAT with people!  Ability to establish strong relationships and build trust & confidence with clients and Financial Advisors.
  • Ideal candidate will have 401(k) relationship management, plan administration and/or plan valuation experience.
  • FINRA licensing (Series 6 or 7) or the ability to obtain within the 1st 120 days of employment.
  • Candidate should have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
  • MUST have strong client service experience! This is NON-NEGOTIABLE!
  • Ability to acclimate quickly to a fast-paced entrepreneurial and team oriented environment.
