Retirement Plan Advisor

Leading Retirement Provider

Southern California

The Retirement Plan Advisor is the strategic consultant for institutional retirement plan clients. The position is responsible for the overall retention and proactive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with plan sponsors to ensure client satisfaction and drive key results.
  • Lead high level client meetings that include annual plan, investment, and fiduciary reviews.
  • Provide key insights on plan design, industry trends, legislation, funding, etc.
  • Facilitate and lead participant meetings including one-on-one to driving plan participation.
  • Work with clients on RFP’s and benchmark vendors.
  • Collaborate internally with other team members to meet deliverables and provide exceptional client service

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience consulting in person with institutional retirement plan sponsors
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from accredited institution
  • FINRA 7, 66, and Life license

Base 90 – 110k plus bonus
